Terms & Conditions

These terms govern purchases of products from the online shop mombby.gr, operated by Mombby (the "Seller"). By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them. They apply to distance sales in accordance with Greek Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection and Directive 2011/83/EU, as in force.

Orders and formation of the contract

The products shown on the website are an invitation to make an offer. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation. The Seller may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, unavailability of the product or suspected abuse, informing you and refunding any payment made.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs and any other charges are shown before you complete the order. The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by a certified payment provider and the Seller does not store card details.

Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address you provide. The estimated time and method of delivery are shown in the shop. Unless otherwise stated, the Seller delivers the product within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract at the latest. The risk of loss or damage passes to you on receipt. Please check the parcel on delivery and report any visible damage immediately.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. The conditions, the procedure and the withdrawal form are in the Returns and withdrawal policy.

Defective products and guarantee

The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the products with the contract, in accordance with consumer protection law (a legal guarantee of two years for consumer goods). If you receive a defective or wrong product, contact us at info@mombby.gr for repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal, as provided by law.

Complaints and dispute resolution

For any complaint please contact us first at info@mombby.gr. As a consumer you may also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr) or an alternative dispute resolution body.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
