Returns and right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a purchase made at a distance from mombby.gr within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Greek Law 2251/1994 and Directive 2011/83/EU.

Withdrawal period

The period is 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party you named (other than the carrier), received the products. If your order contains several products delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last one.

How to withdraw

You may use the withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your notice.

Returning the products

Send the products back no later than 14 days after the day you told us about your withdrawal. The products must be in perfect condition, unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. You bear the cost of returning them, unless we have stated otherwise in the shop or you received a wrong or defective product. You are liable for any loss in value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning.

Refund

We will refund all payments received, including the standard delivery costs to you, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. The refund is made using the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or proof that you sent them back. Additional costs are not refunded if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard one we offer.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

By law there is no right of withdrawal for, among others:

products made to your specifications or personalised
products that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life
sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if supply began with your consent
products that, after delivery, were inseparably mixed with other items

Defective or wrong product

If you received a defective product or one different from what you ordered, contact us at info@mombby.gr. Your rights under the guarantee and the law are not affected by this policy.
